Ingredients:

  • 3 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 Del Monte® Cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 cups Del Monte® Bon Bon Tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup feta, crumbled
  • ½ cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 2 cups pita chips
  • ½ cup prepared Greek or Italian dressing

Instructions:

In a large bowl toss together romaine, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, olives, pita chips, and dressing. Serve immediately.

To prepare as a meal preppable lunch salad, toss together all ingredients except dressing and divide among 4 containers. Place dressing (2 tablespoons per serving) in small containers and pack alongside salad.
