If you’re not happy with your purchase of a Del Monte® Summer-Sweet fresh cut melon, let us know, and we’ll send you a coupon to be used for purchase of another Del Monte® melon.
Here’s what you need to know:
This Guarantee is valid only for Del Monte® branded fresh cut half melons purchased in the United States.
To submit a request, complete all of the information on the Summer-Sweet Guarantee Request Form available here. Attach a copy of your receipt, and make sure the receipt clearly indicates the date on which you purchased the product, as well as the amount you paid. Mail the completed Form, along with the receipt, to the address indicated on the Form.
We must receive your request within 14 days of the date you purchased the melons, as indicated on your receipt.
If you submit a valid request, we will send one or more coupons to cover the cost of the product plus relevant sales tax, where applicable.
There is a limit of one Summer-Sweet Guarantee coupon request per individual, household/email/physical address.
We reserve the right to reject duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, illegible, or late submissions. Moreover, we reserve the right to terminate this offer at any time.
By taking of advantage of this Guarantee, you agree that (a) this Guarantee is governed by Florida laws and (b) any disputes arising out of, or connected with, the Guarantee must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Miami, Florida.
