Ingredients:

garlic cloves, smashed

Del Monte® Pre-Cut Brussels Sprouts

½ tsp.
fine sea salt

½ cup
toasted walnuts, chopped

⅓ cup
dried cranberries
Instructions:
In a large skillet over medium heat melt butter.
Add garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant. Push garlic to side of skillet and add Brussels sprouts cut-side down. Sprinkle with salt.
Turn heat down to medium-low, cover, and cook until Brussels sprouts are tender and well-browned, about 15 minutes.
Transfer Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and toss with walnuts and cranberries.
